The Studio

When I look at this picture of the shelves in my studio I am confronted with possibilites and history. My process involes making models, many more than will ever be realized. Some of these models were the basis for new work, but most were not. I might someday pick through them looking for ideas that were overlooked. But my work has moved on. Lately I have been making maquettes from styrofoam, glue, toothpicks and wax. They are leading into more geometric work.
